Smile USA maintains the smileusa.com website. The following are the terms of use that govern use of the Site "Terms of Use". By using the Site you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the smileusa.com privacy policy and to follow these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing use of the Site. Smile USA reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. If you violate these Terms of Use, Smile USA may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action.

If you register with our website, submit any material to our website or use any of our website services, we will ask you to expressly agree to these terms and conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website; by using our website or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age.

ENROLMENT
Enrolment on to any of the Smile USA dental courses and programs is subject to receiving a fully completed Registration/Application form and receipt of the relevant initial payment (deposit).

FEES
Registration fees include cost of course/program, catering, materials and any other items or equipment detailed in the course outline.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can choose to pay by credit/debit card, cheque, bank/wire transfer. Choosing credit card payment will incur additional processing fee 3%. All payments will usually appear on your bank statement as "SMILE USA".

CANCELATION
In order to receive a full refund, written notification must be given 30 days prior to start date of the course/program. No refunds will be processed within 30 days prior to the course start date.

Chargeback
Once the course commences any stop payments will have to be authorized by Smile USA. Any dispute will also be reviewed by our financial department.

INSTALLMENTS
Payment in installments of total course tuition is available. Payment plan is prepared individually for each course and participant.

MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTIONS
All transactions are in US dollars.

PERMITTED USE
You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than for personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by Smile USA to do so. You also agree not to deep-link to the site for any purpose, unless specifically authorized by Smile USA to do so. The content and software on this Site is the property of Smile USA.

NO COMMERCIAL USE
This Site may not be used by you for any commercial purposes such as to conduct sales of merchandise or services of any kind. You must obtain Smile USA’s prior written consent to make commercial offers of any kind on the Site, whether by advertising, solicitations, links, or any other form of communication. Smile USA will investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Site and barring such violators from use of the Site.

COPYRIGHT POLICY
Smile USA may terminate the privileges of any user who uses this Site to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license, express consent, valid defence or fair use exemption to do so.
